Today I want to show the wedding card postbox i made for a friend's wedding...as you can probably tell the colour theme is hot pink!! Melon mambo in this case :0)
I printed their details onto very vanilla and used the Beautiful wings embosslit to make a lovely little trail of butterflies...also a theme of the wedding and the table names match but will show you those another day.
Below you can see all the little gems i added to!!
Hope they like it!!
Good luck to the happy couple this time in 2 weeks you will be Mr & Mrs!!
Today i want to show you my version of a fabulous wedding card made by my upline Julie - i needed a wow card for my parents friends who get married tomorow.
Good luck guys :0)
I used the You are Loved stamp set in bashful blue - will be sad to see this go! along with crumb cake and very vanilla. The heart is embossed in gold and the happy couples detrails added so they can have it as a keepsake too.
Its a gatefold card and the ribbon fastens it at the side and as Julie did i did a little stamping inside and finished with pearls for a classy effect.
Thankyou for the inspirations as always Jules - you can see her version HERE
Well the week is flying by...soon be the weekend again and aiming for a restful one?!!
This is another fantabulous 'make n take' from Telford...a lovely little box with tiny cards inside. Again using the Clockworks set this is a lovely set and would be easy to reporduce in many different colourways :0)
This one is using calpso coral, gumball green, and pool party...i must of got it right with my swaps as those are the colours i used!!
These little cards are so cute and so simple to make...literally 4 stamps and away you go!!
I love the green Dahlia at the centre to the flower and the flower is really given dimension by snipping between two petals and overlapping them.
Heres the name badge i made for Telford...it was a little bigger than i wanted but i didnt have any smaller alphabets to use :0)
I used the up, up and away stamp set in calypso coral and pool party to match the colours i used in my swaps, the alphabet is Morning Post set which i really like at the minute...am finding any excuse to label things!!
Id like to show you the fab notebook we made as a make and take at Telford over the weekend, its using the Clockworks stamp set which i have skipped over in the past but now added to my wishlist - just take a look at the fab background made with it!!
Here's the whole view and i was going to give it as a gift but i just cant part with it so will HAVE to make another to give away :0)
I love the flower to soften the masculine background on the grey, love the vintage buttons, love the banners, love the colours...just LOVE IT!!!
Well i failed in my task of blogging every day for a month but i do have good reason...i was crafting and got carried away!!
Ive been busy making swaps for Stampin' Up! regional event at Telford yesterday and had over 300 little bits to handcut out...very time consuming as you can imagine.
Well here is the swap i made...
using the Happy Hour stamp set.
I handcut each glass, orange/lemon slice and straws as well the banners etc
I made lots of these and want to thank all the people that swapped with me.
I have a fantastic day and even won a prize patrol but cant show you that as from the new catalogue ...ooooo i hear you say!! Well let me tell ya i had to dance 'gangam style' to get it too but I GOT IT!!!
Lastly its always nice to put a face to a voice who has helped you lots and had to have my piccie taken with Chris from Demo Support - he is lovely and such a great help.
Thankyou to all the people involved yesterday and especially Stampin' Up! for making this a great job/hobby!!!
Im having a crafty cleanup and getting myself organised...or trying to should i say :0)
Today i want to show you the fabulous present and card my downline Angie sent me for my birthday...sooo lovely
we have a lovely card and a gift pouch with some very yummy chocs in them which may i just add are still there...doing so so on the diet!!
They are made with the Secret garden SU stamp set and she has used a patchwork technique by stamping on to DSP and using these sections to make up a full flower. Please pop over to her blog as she is a very talented lady ( who is going to teach me to sew one day) :0)
Thankyou so much Angie look forward to seeing you soon

Another late post from me today...really can not wait for this week to end and have 3 days off work, been sooo busy!!
Here is my version of a wedding exploding box...I seem to go through phases of these and yet another one at present but then suppose wedding season is upon us with more people getting married through the sunnier months :0)
I used SU pearls on the butterflys and a few on the roses at the top but this is certainly a WOW keepsake!!
I just love how elegant the cake looks...and at least i can make a 'paper cake' as certainly can not make one in the kitchen, am hopeless at cooking.
