something blue??

Good afternoon crafters!

well a wet and very cold day here, its been snowing on and off but thankfully not sticking :)

I can show these as they have all been delivered now...a lovely wedding invitation for a lovely couple! Only requirement is they were Everton Blue which pacific point matches almost perfectly and white.

They are pocket invites so open up to reveal a place for the RSVP and directions etc perfectly.

I have used the vintage wallpaper embossing folder for the detail and topped with a little butterfly from the beautiful wings embosslit and some whisper white satin ribbon wrapped through a gorgeous non SU diamante heart buckle.

You can see the detail better in this shot :)

I wish the happy couple all the luck in the world on their sprecial day

Card organiser

Good Afternoon crafters

Hope you are having a good weekend and enjoying a rare sunny day like me :0)

I made this card organiser at the Jems Training Day last weekend and have only just found the time to stick it together and add finishing touches to it today as so busy this week and I didnt want it to get squashed on the journey home from Leeds.



Its made with the gorgeous Tea for Two DSP in the new seasonal catty and the lovely Oh Hello stamp set.

Ive always loved So saffron too but have used up my supply and to be hinest had forgotten how lovely it is...till now!! Teamed with bashful blue its a fabulous combination, very spring-ish!!

You can customise each section to your favorite type of cards or the months of the years to keep you sorted :0)

I made a quick card at home as i never seem to finish all my project at training...probably because i chat too much!! But always have such fun and if you would like to join in the Stampi' Up! fun all year round drop me a line to see about joining my team.

jems swaps

Good morning

Well silly me i had my swaps for team training scheduled a forthight ago and then we were snowed off :( but i was already on my way to Leeds yesterday when realised i hadnt rescheduled...never mind, best laid plans eh!!

So here they are...I made 45 of these which was a strain on my arm as 180 rolls of the bigshot but then some of the swaps i got back were amazing and must of taken the maker ages...very talented ladies.

I used the fab Hearts a flutter stamp set and the so cute doilies, love em!!

Had a fabulous day thankyou to Julie for all your hardwork as well as all the Jems and visitors who worked hard on their swaps :0)

new baby!

Good evening all

A bit of a late one from me today but ive had alot to contend with today :( and am getting there slowly!

I saw this design on pintrest and loved its simplicity but had no idea who to make it for until now...a friends stepsister had a baby girl today and knew i had to make this card as soon as i heard!!



I used pink pirouette and pretty in pink card stock along with the Beautiful wings embosslit to create a halo of butterflies adding tiny gems to the centre to make it sparkle.

I cased this and the original can be found HERE and is gorgeous

Jems Bloghop!!

Good Morning and welcome to our bloghop!

Well seen as Valentine's Day is just around the corner and I have alot of orders to fill for this special day I thought I'd kill two birds with one stone and make some of my orders for the Bloghop too.

I used Hearts a Flutter stamp set (pg 11 new seasonal) and i decided to make a little one sheet wonder in crumb cake, cherry cobbler and basic black with a hint of very vanilla and just craft away...I probably could of kept on going too!!

First up is a lovely gift bag made from a sheet of DSP, simply decorated with a strip of my made paper and a couple of 3d hearts and ribbon handles ( all my projects will fit in this no problem).

Then we have a few little cards to match although you can't see the shimmer on the tag it is there.

 This one is my favorite and think will send this to my other half with a slushy sentiment inside :)

Simple design but i love it and i really love this stamp set

Next i made a little pocket gift bag/box just big enough for a lip balm...got to have soft smooth lips as who knows how many smooches i'll get :0D (hope so anyway!)

These lovely delicate paper doilies are so adorable and add a little vintagy feel to any project.

Finally I made a little box to decorate and inside some yummy chocolate hearts for the someone special in my life (i'm thinking my little boy will eat these before his dad gets to them!! )

Here's a view of them all together...I certainly had alot of fun :)
