Helloooo and happy hump day

its Wednesday the middle of my working week!

Anyone else see the week like that...if I can get to Wednesday is downhill to the end of the week :0)

It's also my niece's 10th birthday so only right I show her card to you today

I made the very colourful background using  clear block technique and then splashed colours over and added shimmer spray.

As unicorns are very popular especially with my niece it had to be a unicorn card with a gold glimmer number.

You can just see some of the shimmer in real life it is soooo sparkly she will love it!!

Good morning

We had a lovely event on saturday and thank you to all who visited the same event is running next Saturday Feb 3rd too so look forward to seeing some new faces there for a lovely set to give on Valentine's day.

With that in mind I had a play making some colourful backgrounds, todays card I used a clear block coloured in with SU marker and spritzed with water to make a lovely swirly effect and the black card makes it stand out even more.

I added some little gold glimmer flowers (sadly retired punch sorry) too love black and gold together very classy me thinks.

Love that background effect and as I am having a crafty play today rather than chores eekk! think I will have more to show you soon.

Another wet Saturday today but that's ok as crafty event today so tons of fun to be had making these projects

Quick card made for a very special occasion...the safe arrival of twin girls I just had to use cookie cutter Christmas which is not just for the festive season to make these cute teddies

I used the colour combo of blushing bride, very vanilla, basic grey and crumb cake so sweet.

Hopefully the recipient will love these gorgeous pair too :0)

Well this week didn't go as planned I have no idea why my scheduled posts didn't go live...never mind note to self check online to ensure they do in future :0)

Here today anyway with a class kit - simple event of coffee, card and a cracker which I am holding for the next couple of weekends at a local shop.

Lovey card and matching cracker for some sweet treats for a friend or loved one 

It uses the Bloomin love stamp set which is gorgeous in a colour combo of basic grey, smoky slate, real red, very vanilla, pool party and non SU navy.

Change of sentiments too so class attendees can pick there favourite colour scheme, lots of fun to be had so if you are local to me pop on by and join us

This cute card I made with a set called Bike ride that I was gifted by Stampin' Up! for registering a charity event last month and it is lovely.

I am looking forward to having more play time with it this weekend.

So simple stamping and simple design with cute flowers and dog what more can you want from a card :0)

Good morning

As I do every year I plan on blogging regularly and I always start the year strongly but fade off as the months go on so this year instead of trying to blog every day i've set myself the challenge of at least 3 times per week so fingers crossed and here goes!

A little late but I have finally gotten round to making my Christmas thank you cards and fell in love with the Hanging Garden stamp set

Simple and sweet narrow cards which I loved colouring in with pencils

How cute is this hanging basket image very pretty and the base of smoky slate helps the colours stand out
